This blog charts a cycle trip along the 'voies vertes' of France from St Malo on the Channel coast to Narbonne in the south near the Mediterranean. I used the Canal d'Ille-et-Rance, the river Vilaine, the cycle-routes of La Vendée and Charente and those of the Canal de Garonne and the Canal du Midi.
